Talent, experience & dedication

Susan Wolper, President and CEO, has led this subscription services company for more than two decades.  A former corporate attorney specializing in real estate, she joined the family-owned company in 1990 as Vice President and became sole owner and President/CEO in 1993.  Susan earned a Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve School of Law after graduating Cum Laude with honors from the University of Rochester.  Susan belongs to various professional library associations and serves as Treasurer and on the Executive Committee of the international Association of Subscription Agents & Intermediaries.  She has earned multiple awards for executive leadership and for Wolper’s business excellence. The rest of our senior management team includes:

William Cays, IT Director, has more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, and has been with Wolper for more than a decade.  Complementing an extensive background in systems administration and network design, William has managed the full life-cycle of software development, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging and maintenance.  William also holds certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, HP, and 3Com.  In addition to managing the IT department, William is responsible for all high-level IT functions at Wolper, including strategic planning and development.

JoAnne Kelley, Vice President of Sales, has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the subscription management industry.  JoAnne joined Wolper in 2003 following a distinguished tenure as National Sales Manager, and previously, National Accounts Manager, with The Faxon Company, a family-owned serials subscription agency formerly based in Massachusetts.  JoAnne has a B.A. in English and Secondary Education from the University of Massachusetts – Boston, and previously worked as a teacher in the Boston Public School System.  JoAnne is a member of SLA’s New England Chapter and serves on the SLA Exhibitor Advisory Committee. Lesley Lloyd, Academic & Medical Sales Manager, has more than 30 years of sales experience in the publishing and subscription management industries.  Lesley joined Wolper in 2010 following a distinguished 22-year sales career with EBSCO Information Services.  Lesley is a member of ALA and MLA, and graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a B.A. in Journalism/Mass Communications.  Lesley’s reputation is as an extremely knowledgeable, customer-focused sales professional. Veronica Malitzki, Customer Service and Accounts Manager, has more than 19 years of experience in customer service at Wolper.  Veronica oversees all aspects of customer interactions and management of the Customer Service department.  She graduated in 1994 from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in Communications.  Veronica is a member of SLA’s Military Libraries Division and Philadelphia Chapter and serves on the Hospitality Committee of the SLA Philadelphia Chapter. Didi Yunginger, Chief Marketing Officer, has more than 20 years of experience in publishing, marketing and editorial functions on the client side of the information services industry and, prior to that, in newspapers as a reporter and editor.  Before joining Wolper, Didi was Marketing Director at Rodale Inc.  She earned an M.B.A. from DeSales University and graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Communications from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.  Didi is a member of SLA’s Competitive Intelligence Division, Philadelphia Chapter, and GLBT Caucus.  She also serves on the Marketing & Membership Committee of the Association of Subscription Agents and Intermediaries.
