- generate an inter-library loan request to your administrator
- link to a full-text article, or
- order document delivery

Other Electronic Support/Services
In addition to building a license bank for your easy reference, Wolper offers a seasoned staff expert for consultation regarding the complicated issues around the licensing of e-resources – journals, databases, books. Based on our experience with a multitude of publishers and content providers, Wolper offers licensing support services including general advice, standard “FAQs”, and guidance regarding activation procedures and timelines.
Also, we have been enhancing our check-in module, which allows serial publications (journals, magazines, etc.) to be checked in upon receipt by the customer and will generate any necessary claims automatically.
Seamless IT Interfaces
Wolper’s commitment to personal, customized service extends to our IT department, as well, with a focus on integration and interoperability. Technology is the means, solutions are the end goal.
You can incorporate magazine and journal subscriptions into your overall corporate spend management initiative by having Wolper integrate with your e-procurement system. We are a designated and time-tested partner for Ariba® Buyer™, and PeopleSoft, both catalog and punch-out environments and we work with both SAP and Coupa. Access our complete subscription management services and database of serial titles via one of these integrated, multi-vendor online purchasing systems.
We also can tie seamlessly in to your enterprise-based integrated library system (ILS), allowing you to access titles via Wolper and use your ILS to order and acquire, receive and invoice, catalog, circulate, track and shelve materials. We are certified with the Endeavor Voyager ILS system and will customize solutions, as needed, for other ILS applications.
And, we can work with you to set up Electronic Data Interchange between our two back-end systems.
